Christi Bonaccorsi

Officer Manager 

Christi is the Firm’s Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day oversight of the firm including directing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the Human Resources function. She leads all associate orientation, payroll management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits and organizational development. She supervises a wide range of company projects and events, manages claims resolution, invoice approval, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness and all supplier partnerships.

Before joining Capital Strategies, Christi spent 14 years in marketing and advertising at a Fortune 200 company in St. Louis.

Christi graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in Marketing.
